dear ranchers,
for the past 3 years i have been working in java middle layer technologies like struts, spring jms, hibernate etc,
Lately i have been moved to a back-end system for a large investment banking co-operation. Here i am dealing with views,
cursors, triggers, functions, stored procs etc, The issue is i`m absolutely fine with the technical side of this, but i fail to
understand the data of the co-operation. I know how to write optimized views, but fail to understand the co-relation between the data,
so please suggest me as to how i can understand the database and restore my lost confidence.
HELP!!
