Can someone please give me insight on how I may resolve this error message "00000005 SystemErr R Cannot load XSL files from C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDP\runtimes\base_v7\plugins\com.ibm.ws.runtime.jar". I tried installing JCE plugin unlimited strength policy since installing the JCE jars my server has not been starting in RAD. Any work arounds?
