Typesafe Stack having problem while set environment Variable

Hi,
I have installed Typesafe Stack in my development environment and I found both the time they are setting wrong environment variable. My development environment having Window 8. While I have installed Typesafe set path variable C:\Program Files (x86)\scala\\bin, contains twice \\ forward slash. So it this because of Windows-8 or Typesafe having issue while set environment variable.
Please let me know when can I raised bug to Typesafe.
