Hi Friends,
I'm 9+ years of testing experience in manual playing the role of tester.
I'm interested to work on test managament roles.. Please suggest or advise me to get some improvment..
Also, suggest if any certifications or learnings

Typically, the way to get into management is to start leading. Can you mentor/lead a new tester? Can you be in charge of something small? Even if informal, these little things show management that you can be in charge of people/projects and get an opportunity to actually do so.
