I have a requirement of Setting a cookie in https response header after Application has processed the API.
Can anyone please let me now if its possible ?

Using cookies with WS would be unusual. What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish by that? Why not use a SOAP header instead (assuming you're using SOAP).
