Whizlabs - facing a lot of issues

Hi,

I did register for whizlabs instructor led training for SCWCD. I did apply a coupon but i did not see that reflected in my account. I have emailed them but no response. I tried calling them but there is no response. I even tried chatting but the chat is offline. On top of it, when i registered for the training i was asked to appear for a mock exam to gain my strengths and weaknesses for the certification, i was marked as failed for the certification on just clicking on it.

Did anyone else face this. I really don't understand the reason why they are not responding.

Could be because of holidays.
