Hi,
I like to open a
pdf
file in a print preview mode. Any idea how?

Most PDF readers have a print preview mode. So open with the reader and go into print preview. Or did I not understand your question?

I like to open the pdf directly in the print preview mode. So the user can see immediately how the print looks like.
