Database Manager GUI connection error

Hi! I have thrown into a java application problem with little or no knowledge of java and the application in question. Looking around on the server where the application is launched and after much searching on the internet I found the following command to bring up a Database Manager GUI that should allow me to connect to the database.

So I issued the below command which brought up the Database Manager GUI and tried to connect to the hsqldb but got the following error. Can anyone help with what might be the problem? Thanks in advance.

C:\DIW-V2>java -cp hsqldb.jar org.hsqldb.util.DatabaseManagerSwing
