Marketplace Function

Hi,

I am building a marketplace in Java and similar to sites like Elance or oDesk or Freelancer.com, we want to offer messaging functionality between the buyer and seller.

Since there are so many marketplaces on the internet, is there any company allows an easy way to integrate the functionality around the whole messaging. I´m not keen to building all this from scratch.

Please help.
