How much does this book help in preparing for SCJP.I already have SCJP study guide from KathySiera.Does this help in addition to the study guide?

It gives you a ton of practice. If you are scoring high enough on the practice questions in the main book and feel you don't need any more practice, you are good. If you are like most people and need more mock questions to improve your score, this book is a great collection.
