Jenkins Startup Trigger Plugin

Hi,
i installed StartUp Trigger plugin, https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Startup+Trigger as i need to run a job as jenkins gets restarted, but the issue here is i need to trigger that job always when my slave node gets restarted not master.
but this plugin works with master node?
can anyone please help me into this?
