jboss throwing javax.servlet.UnavailableException for ActionServlet while migration to jboss

Hi,

I am using jboss 5.1. The application I am deploying uses struts 1.2.7 framework. It has one WAR and three EJBs defined in the application.xml file. All the EJBs get deployed successfully but the WAR deplyment fails and jboss gives the error.

I have tried giving the struts.jar in WEB-INF\lib and in Jboss-5.1.0.-jdk\server\LMS\lib directory as well, but nothing works.

Also I have noticed that when a sample struts WAR is deployed in jboss it works fine. But when I bundle the same WAR in my application and map in application.xml as a webmodule, it fails with the same error. This means I am missing something
in the configuration of application. All EJBs have their respective jboss.xml files, I wonder if there something along with application.xml

Is there any thing else I have to do in JBOSS in addition to map the web module in application.xml. As such this configuration works fine in wepshere 7.0.0.7.

Thanks in advance..
