EJB deploy tool problem

Hi Ranchers,

Currently Our project is migrated from rad 5 version to my eclipse 10.6 blue edition. In my ear project, there is an ejb project which has ejbModule project. After migration from rad to my eclipse , i ran ejb deploy tool which gave compiler error telling that, in both .ejbdeploy generated by my eclipse and ejbModule has stub and skeleton classes.

In this case which one i have to remove? or is there any perfect solution for this.
