Junior Java Consultants - Central NJ

I have 2 openings for Java application developers who are interested in joining a faced paced global team. I am looking for a minimum of 1 – 2 years but no more than 3 – 4 years of experience. This is a great opportunity to jump start and advance your skills with Big Data, Apache Hadoop, Cloud, ELT, Pig... etc.

The roles are suited to candidates who effectively demonstrate the ability to learn in a fast paced environment.

Technical requirements:
•2 - 4 years of development experience
•Strong understanding of Object Orientation and design patterns, as well as OO design using UML diagrams.
•Good understanding of relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle).
•Knowledge of source code control systems, integrated development environments, unit test framework and software modeling tools.
•The key skills are Java 6, JMS, Web services and MS SQL or Oracle
•Any experience working in a data warehousing environment is a huge plus but not necessary

Non Technical Requirements:
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and desire to be a strong team player
•Ability to work well under pressure
