Wth Total 9 years of experience in Testing, whether moving to management line would be wise or going into Testing line as a technical cadre would be wise.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
