Spring in Action was good enough for me.
+ Expert Spring MVC and Web Flow to get more about MVC applications. (but the part on WebFlow is quite outdated)

I'm comparing Spring in action and Pro Spring.

which one has a complete and workable sample (web hopefully) application?? not just snippet small code for each chapter.

or is there any other books?

Spring in Action doesn't. Only small code to illustrate.
