Spring-ws web.xml url-pattern question

I started with the tutorial project that comes in spring-ws-2.1.1.RELEASE-full.zip.

The project was built and successfully deployed to jboss5 with no changes and the wsdl publishes as expected to http://localhost:8080/tutorial/holidayService/holiday.wsdl .

I was experimenting with url-pattern functionality in web.xml and changed from /* to /tutorial.
Seems the url should still publish the same but now server returns 404 status with message description "The requested resource (/tutorial/holidayService/holiday.wsdl) is not available.

Can url-pattern be customized or must it be set to webapp root for all webservice war files?

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
