Questions about selling enterprise libraries online

Howdy partners!
I am developing an ETL framework which is essentially a library for data integration among systems (yes, I know that there are lots of other companies doing similar things already, but my thing has its unique features and I should at least try).

I have 14 years of development experience in the enterprise (especially with middleware and java core since version 1.3) but no experience on how to SELL stuff online.

I imagine that all I need is a web-page with the product description, manual & contact information, a download section with recent versions & licenses with pricing information, a bug tracking tool, a forum and somehow an online payment screen.

Is there any hosting service that provides services such as bug tracking, forums and payment out-of-the-box? As the plan is to sell my stuff to every corner in the planet the only option that comes to mind is paypal. Is there any other payment service that allows worldwide payments?

My website won't have that huge amount of traffic nor has to do anything too fancy: it just has to perform simple things such as register users, accept payments, provide licenses, allow downloads... and that's essentially it.

Can you please share your experience and knowledge on how to start this sort of business? What services are out there that offer the things I need? What traps should I know in advance? I am of course doing lots and lots of research but would like as well to get advice from whom at least tried doing something similar.

Any piece of advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
