I am using the windows 8 Samsung tablet and experiencing the scroll issue with stylus on image. following is the sample code.
I am able to scroll with finger on device but not with Stylus. Is there any setting i am missing OR I can use CSS or javascript to handle this?

Sounds like a problem with the device, not your code.
