I am trying to test my webservice locally but keep getting the following error:

IWAB0135E An unexpected error has occurred.
java.net.ConnectException
Connection refused: connect

I am using RAD as my IDE and Websphere 7. I cannot figure this one out.

Any help is appreciated.





 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
