Certification is not displaying in Oracle CertView History

Hi All,

I have taken SCDJWS exam on Feb28,2011.
This certification is not appearing in my account of Oracle Certification History. My previous exams SCJP and SCWCD are appearing.
When I contact Pearson VUE through, they said "exam taken under Pearson VUE only responsible by them".
But I have taken this exam longback through Prometric Center.
Can any one please guide me to have that exam in my account.
