What technology you have used in business and why?

In my assignament I developed business using Domain Model framework and technology independent.
Would that answer the evaluator expects?

Hope they might be expecting business layer implementation technologies like EJB, Spring, POJO etc.
In your case it would be simply Java POJOs.
