Please Explain why character literal char a='\u000A' is giving compile error..

Error-:" ADirtyOne.java:4:error: illegal line end in character literal char a='\u000A';"

compiler errors are given because there is some kind of syntax error.

Of course, you could search this forum, and find this or this, which cover the same question.
