Is that Document or RPC style?

Hi All, I have confusion about the below statements given in Book "SOA Using Java Web Services by Mark D.Hansen" (Page No. 155).

The same soap request is given below (from the book only)

Is that correct? When I created a sample program in RPC using JDK6 and METRO 2.2.1 then I got Method name in SOAP request, qualified with namespace in the wsdl!!!
So the queries are:
- The method name should be namespace qualified or not in RPC style?
- If it is not qualified then you cna easily recognize the service saying it is RPC otherwise it will look exactly like Document/Wrapped. Isn't it? If yes, then how you will identify the service with soap request, whether it is RPC or Document/Wrapped?

Thanks in advance.
