RAD 8.5.1 how to disable build at the startup

Hello All,
We are upgrading from RAD 6 to RAD 8.5.1 .
When I open the RAD 8.5.1 it is compiling/building all the projects in the workspace at the startup. It is taking lot of time.
This is not happening in RAD 6.
Any someone throw some ideas as to where to do I set preferences to disable automatic compiling/building at startup.

It's not a RAD specific issue. Go to Project -> Build Automatically and uncheck the flag. The auto-build would no longer happen.
