How to display a pop up like "install new updates" using jquery in other Systems.

For instance i want to display some values from database table to a remote machine like a small pop, how can i do it.

No really getting your drift here. If the user submits a request, you can send back whatever you like. But you can't send anything unsolicited to any system.
