Which tool(AXIS2/?) could invoke SAP WebService(I only have wsdl file and need authorization check)

What I know is only one WSDL file which was generated from SAP system. And I can login to the webservice URL by passing the authorization check(input the username and password). That is all.
And what I need to do is setup a client to pass the authorization check and do invoke the webservice method asynchronously.
I want to know if AXIS2/JAX-WS meet my requirement? Could you please provide me some useful link with examples? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
Thinking a lot. Gaining a lot.
