I am a 2 1/2 3 year programmer, yet this is my first time on the JEE. Not sure everything is set up correctly. First my HDD is partitioned and my glassfish server install is actually on a separate partition then that of my Java directory in Program files....is this gonna be a problem? Now if the the Java directory in my program files have changed, I did not notice it. My excesize includes an import declaration like so

import javax.faces.bean.ManagedBean;

The error says that javax.faces.bean does not exist..

My html code looks like so...

My managed bean code looks like this ...

Can you help me get started on this... I possible installed the EE incorrectly although it looks like it is fine in my Start Menu. I am studying a Chapter in a book and this has me hung up on.
