Externalization included in ocjp??

Please tell me does OCJP 6 include topic Externalization..?

It is neither given in JAVA COMPLETE REFERENCE nor in Kathy Seirra And Bert Bates..

I found this word on this site http://www.angelfire.com/or/abhilash/Main.html(abhilash's quiz site).

Is this a necessary topic for OCJP..?
