Title : Senior Java/J2EE Developer
Location : Austin, TX (onsite work location)
Duration : 6 months contract + extendable
Hourly pay rate on W2(no other benefits), On-site contract job and There will be no reimbursement for relocation.

REQUIREMENTS
• Possess strong technical leadership skills • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience and knowledge with servers, storage and network virtualization

A minimum of five (5+) years’ experience:
Leading or mentoring a development team
J2EE development
UML modeling
J2EE software design patterns o multi-tier software architectures

At least three (3+) years’ experience
Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., JSP, Web Services, XML, Ajax)
Database development (Oracle preferred; JDBC preferred)
Software development lifecycle methodology including software and requirements traceability

You should possess three to five (3-5) years’ experience with the following tools:
Eclipse Development Platform
An enterprise UML modeling tool
Software configuration management systems (Rational preferred)
Oracle and PL-SQL o Database querying and performance tuning tools (Toad for Oracle preferred)
With functional and non-functional requirements analysis
Expertise in data structures, algorithms and complex systems analysis
High-volume, transaction-processing production systems
Analyzing and solving complex problems
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Must consent and successfully pass all required employment contingency screenings (i.e. background, substance abuse and credit and bonding if required)

DESIRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• B.S. in Computer Science; M.S. in Computer Science preferred • Any Java/Agile certifications desired, but not required
