Just like any other job, a company is looking for someone who is a good fit for the job requirements. Additionally many companies will want you to already have the paperwork to work in their country without needing a sponsor.

without a sponsor, how should initiate process??. I meet a consultant who offered me to migrate in canada, denmark and australia by paying a fee of around 3000 US $$. According to you in which country I'll get easy immigration?? and which offers more IT jobs in JAVA?
