Hi All,

I would like to attend for mandatory training of OCMJEA. In India it costs 72K + travel + accommodation + 5 days leave from employer. I wonder which training is people opting for. As there were many approved trainings available.
Also like to know whether it is possible to attend live virtual classes option in India.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Purna,

If I were you, I would opt for one of below trainings:

Building Database Driven Applications with JPA
Business Component Development with EJB Technology, Java EE 6
Creating Web Services Using Java(TM) Technology
Developing Web Applications using JSF Technologies

Currently, in India, all of above courses cost Rs. 30855/- each.

Also, since virtual classes are mentioned on Oracle India website, I think that those are available in India. However, Oracle's certification department would be the best entity to get confirmation from.

I hope this helps.

All the best!

P.S. Above details are applicable for JEE 5 version of the exam. There is a new JEE 6 version of the exam, but the list of classroom training is not yet released.
