Hi All, I am new to SNMP and we have a requirment on which i am not able to get enough clear information. Please help.

The requirement is that we have to record some counters in a web application and send them or collect them through SNMP.
Is there any way that these counters would be set from webapplication into NMS and the NMS would get the latest values.i have defined a custom MIB for this.Want to understand whether it is possible to set the OID from these MIB from web application (using api like SNMP4J) and NMS get the latest value.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
