What are conditions when we get following error while connecting to Message queue server?

com.sun.messaging.jms.JMSException: [C4003]: Error occurred on connection creation [IP] cause: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed

How to diagnose this problem as all credentials are absolutely fine
