The K&B v6 study guide covers like 95% of OCAJP7 exam. The details can be found in this thread

The current SCJP book by K&B will cover all but Java 7 features; they are coming up with a newer addition for OCPJP 7. This book will be available from june 21, 13 according to Amazon. If you are in hurry to clear the exam you can go for book by Ganesh/Sharma.
