Does the book talk about creating web applications in Scala using the Play framework?

It uses the Lift framework in the table of the content.

I'd like to know why the author choose Lift instead of Play.

From my point of view that was an odd choice. Lift doesn't seem to get a lot of positive noise, while Play! seems much more well received.
