Hello

I have a form in which i have menu items and in one item there is a form containing JTabbedPane. My Jtabbedpane contains JScrollPane. The Problem is When I run My Project for the first time it works fine. But if i close the second screen and and load it again it doesn't show any records. Do Check Attachment.

What Michael means is that post your SSCCE code so we can try and help you figure out what is going wrong.
Please do take out time to check what SSCCE (<= click this) really means.

Umm did you even bother to check out what SSCCE really means? Is the code you posted SSCCE? Will it compile and run if we download it? Does it demonstrate the problem?
