Configure tomahawk in jsf facelet

I want to upload some files from client machine so i am using tomahawk , and i am using Facelet rather than Jsp, but i dont know how to configure the name space for tomahawk in code

My code is



In above code snippet bold line showing error like "Namespace not found " , where to configure this , If anybody know answer, you will be really appreciated
