I run this example https://coderanch.com/t/551463/GUI/java/JTable-cells-spanning-multiple-columns
In this example the user selects some cells at run-time and when he press a button the selected cells are merged.
This example is too complicated for me. (I dont' want to merge cells at run-time)
I want to create a JTable with all the cells of a row merged (like html table).

Can you suggest me some examples?

@Rob
Ok. I am novice and merging cells is complicated.
I would appreciate if you suggest me another example.
Here I found the same example but without further explanations.
