RAD Server Setup Scripts?

At my company we use IBM RAD and a Websphere 7 server. I've heard from some coworkers that there is a way to set up a script that will automatically set up everything you need (server settings, JMS queues, etc), but nobody seems to know anything about it. Has anyone heard of any feature built into RAD, or even a free plug in, that would facilitate this? It would be nice for when we have new employees start.

These is no automatic way to do all what you want. You need to have a look WebSphere Admonistration using scripts.
You can create all what you need using administration scripts this is very easy.
