Auto-mount usb flash drivers for remote servers

I have to write a bash that performs Auto mount usb on remote servers .
I have a bash do this but manual on one server at time .
I'm still a beginner .
I need your help in commands .
1- what's the command that gets the id of usb not its name like this :



2- how to write a timer in linux ? or I just have to do it in php ?

any helping links or advices are so welcome .
need to do it fast .
