Setting the don't fragment bit in the UDP IP layer

Hi,

I am using UDP client (java) and UDP server (C#). But the issue for some packets from the client the Don't fragment bit is set to true. But this is not set anywhere in the code. Can any one suggest how to set the Don't fragment bit in Java. In .NET we have option like UdpClient.DontFragment.
