Question about modifying a WSDL

I have a question modifying a WSDL.

Here is an example of one of the elements that my WSDL contains:

<xsd:element name="SalePrice" type="xsd:decimal" minOccurs="0">
<xsd:annotation>
<xsd:appinfo source="http://sap.com/xi/TextID">667d48eded6790e18006cd51c0a560r9 </xsd:appinfo>
<xsd:documentation>SalePrice</xsd:documentation>
</xsd:annotation>
</xsd:element>

Notice that the string, 667d48eded6790e18006cd51c0a560r9, is within the appinfo element. How is this string generated?

I would like to add another element to my WSDL. When I modify my WSDL, how would I generate a string that is similar to the following? 667d48eded6790e18006cd51c0a560r9

The WSDL in this post must be generated from some web service code from sap.com.
The long string looks like an access code to me. This string may be hard coded in web service code.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
