Hi Shivam,

Here i found the confusing stuf

EE6 EJB (1Z0-895)
EE6 JPA (1Z0-898)

There are various version of the Exam :

EE6 EJB (1Z0-895) :Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 6 Enterprise JavaBeans Developer Certified Expert Exam
This is latest version of the exam that covers only Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB 3.1)

EE6 JPA (1Z0-898) :Oracle Certified Expert, Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 6 Java Persistence API Developer certification
This is also latest version of Exam that is in parallel with EE6 EJB (1Z0-895) .However,It covers developing Java EE 6 Enterprise applications using JPA.

SCBCD 5.0 and SCBCD 1.3 are older version of exams and covers both EJB and JPA but doesn't include much in detail.

Here is a another post where that can help you:

OCPJP 6.0 93%
OCPJWCD 5.0 98%
