So i was trying to record sound of a song+vocals by the user(played via loud speaker), and record it through my microphone.
When i get the sound, it's noisey and not smooth or well distributed.
I place my lappy closer to the speakers to get more sound. So the volume increases, and the noise too.
So what can i do?I Don't have much experience with java Sound API, just basics.
So how to go about things, like i can get music+vocal of the singer(played via speaker) clearly?

Don’t use loudspeakers. That is bound to introduce distortion to the sound.

You can’t change it from microphone to speakers. One is input and the other is output.

May be Audio-loop-back will help?

Solved : Key is to -enable stereo mix.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
