I have a requirement to provide screen shot capture feature for end user in a GPS map related application for current map which saves it as jpeg image to client machine.
I want to implement it through applet(Because it should be done on client side and no server side technology allows it)
What I did is:

But when control goes to jsp it is executed and I am getting all the SOP related outputs at my server console succesfully but no output is generated by applet.
Any Idea, suggestion will be appriciated.

Finally I solved this issue. The mistake I was doing is I was giving codeBase value as "/" .
If the applet related jar file is in same folder where the corresponding jsp is placed we need not to mention codeBase value.
It took half an hour for me to track my silly mistake as I checked each and every xml configuration and
all other resources in my application.
