Advice not getting executed

Hello,
I'm trying to execute an advice using aop.

These are my classes :
MyAdvice classMyBean classMyDependency class
servlet-context.xmlAopNamespaceExample (Test class)The output is
Eclipse also displays the pointers that MyDependency class has been advised by the simpleBeforeAdvice method.

Please advise.

Have you tried to debug your code through the debugger and set a break point at the line calling the method in the main() method. In the first line of the Advice method, and on the first line of the real class target. And step through and see where things land.
