SQlite Connection string with Journal Mode and Isolation level

currently i have the below connection.

Class.forName("org.sqlite.JDBC");
conn = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:sqlite:" + ClientDBPath);

How to include the Journal mode and isolation level to the connection string. Is it ok if i just add these parameters to the above DriverManager string

conn = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:sqlite:" + ClientDBPath + " Isolation level and Journal mode");
