Why cant I add two different event listeners in one applet?

Suppose I added two methods:

It gives me:

The abstract method "void actionPerformed (java.awt.event.ActionEvent $1);", inherited from type "java.awt.event.ActionListener". is not implemented in the non- abstract class "Applet"

I honestly just don't get it....

Can you post the rest of the code?

Bobby, you might like to consider replying to Rob Camick's response in your earlier thread. Ideally, you would have done that before asking another question.

I apologize. I just came back to this site- I resolved the question where Rob replied.

Also there are multiple classes for the code so I feel leaving it as it is now is better. But I also resolved this issue.
