Hi,

Is there a tutorial that talks about the efficiency spring core bean container ? Taking into consideration how much time it takes to create a bean comparing to creating beans in other ways such as using the new operator.

I'm interested in the efficiency of the spring core container.

Thanks in advance ...

There really isn't any other way. Even Spring uses "...the new operator". It just does it via reflection. About the only performance hit I can think of is the use a Reflection to instantiate beans. There are more important areas of an application to worry about performance than Spring managing your beans, IMHO.
